The October Muse Tech Talk is about a great DIY opportunity. David Hicks writes: “I was fortunate enough to take one of Ed’s phono stage building classes at the Randall, and I can say, I learned a lot, met some great people who became friends, and had a ton of fun and ended up with a terrific piece of audio equipment.”
Edwin is announcing a new amplifier class:
I am pleased to announce a new tube audio DIY class at San Francisco’s Randall Museum.
Please join us at The Shops at Hilltop in Richmond for a phono Stage Shootout. We haven’t had a good old fashioned shoot out in a while, so on January 26, 2019 we’ll make it happen, but not without your help. Please contact me (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your suggestions and/or an offer to throw your phono stage into the competition, budget or high-end, solid state or tube it’s open for consideration. Final selections will be made by the SFAS board as we’ll have a limited amount of time to conduct the shoot out.
